About me...

I am a Language and Communications Coach, helping ambitious professionals around the world grow their careers in global organisations. My background is in Corporate Communications, Culture and Engagement, and I have over 25 years' experience with large organisations across Europe and the Middle East.

I started my career in Advertising, as a copywriter, before moving into Publishing where I was Group Editor for one of the Middle East's best-known publishing houses. 

For 12 years, I headed up the Internal Communications for one of the world's best-known airlines, serving as an important bridge between the organisation's senior leadership and its 100,000 global employees. In this role, I led activities across engagement, change, strategy and crisis.

After relocating to Europe, I worked with one of Germany's largest tour operators, helping them navigate through a company-wide transformation and building engagement among their 15,000 global employees.

I'm now based in Malta, and I work with various organisations on communications and culture projects. I also coach individuals on becoming better communicators, regardless of their level of English. My sessions go beyond language skills - I focus on practical strategies for clear and confident business communication in authentic business scenarios. 

I've been lucky enough to live and work in four different countries: England (where I was born), South Africa, the United Arab Emirates, and Malta.
